A Rental agreement must be signed and submitted for each rental within 48 hours of the scheduled rental date. Ensuring this document is on file is crucial for confirming your reservation and securing your rental. All electronic, payments are due 48 hours prior to your rental date. A 3% processing fee will apply. All cash transactions are due at the time of delivery before setup. For any thought or concern, please don't hesitate to contact us. If any issues should occur after delivery, the customer is responsible and required to call and notify the on-call associate to trouble shoot the problem. We are not subject to any DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS. Great Inflatables, LLC provides professional setup and breakdown of all rented items. Self-movement of inflatable units after delivery is prohibited due to possible damage and safety concerns. All rental are subject to a minimum delivery fee of $15 within a 10 miles radius.
